Socks. Again.

These are suddenly too small so I knitted new socks for my son. Same basic pattern and same yarn, just a different shade.

Pattern: basic ribbed socks
Yarn: Drops Fabel, colored orange (153)
Needles: 3 mm DPN

The yarn is great but I probably should have used smaller needles. However the most important thing is that my son absolutely loved these.

Neuloin Fabelin jäämistä vielä yhdet pienet vauvansukat.

I knitted one more pair of baby socks from Fabel.

Vietimme eilen nelivuotishääpäiväämme.

We celebrated our fourth wedding day yesterday.

Vielä yhdet sukat.

En aikonut enää neuloa ainoitakaan sukkia ennen ensi syksyä. En voinut kuitenkaan vastustaa Dropsin Fabelia, koska väri oli niin upea. Lapsi sai siis syksyä vasten uudet saapassukat, koska nykyiset ovat juuri jäämässä pieniksi.

I was not going to knit anymore socks before autumn. Anyway I couldn't resist Drops Fabel - the colour was just so great. Therefore my child got new socks for his gumboots. The current ones are just going to be too small.

Pahoittelen kuvien laatua, kamera ja lapsi eivät olleet yhteistyöhaluisia.

I'm sorry for the poor photos but neither my child nor camera were cooperative at all.

Aloitussilmukoita 40 kpl. Lapsen kengän koko on tällä hetkellä keskimäärin 24, joten sukat ovat vähän sitä isommat.

CO 40 stitches. The child's shoe size is 24 at present so the socks are a little bit bigger.
